Please be aware the blind customer requested is final sale after replacing the order with the measurement, because the fabric and other material cut to the customer size requested can not be replaced to origin and not useful except to the customer requested size,
However, in unusual cases if the customer request a refund he must be aware of charging 25% for restocking and lost material plus shipping charges will be charged to customer if refund and cancellation took a place

We do not do install blinds , we only make them and sell them to be ready for installation.
